We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.


Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain attached and intact.
  • Products may be tried on for sizing purposes but must not show signs of wear.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

For your protection, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot process refunds for items that are lost in transit.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or international return shipping fees are also the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and verified.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Delivery Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided during checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.
  • Any address corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, modifications may no longer be possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, customization, or legal restrictions. Any applicable exclusions will be clearly indicated where required.
